How do I become a guest at Nash?

We are thrilled that you’d like to become a guest at Nash!

All of our hairstylists and suite owners are independent contractors and book their own appointments.

Although for our salon space, we do share a same booking site to make it easier on our guests to make multiple appointments.

You can book directly through each person by visiting their pages under our navigation menu.

Can you define booth rent stylists and individual businesses?

This means every service provider located inside of Nash is their own and operate their own business.

Think of Nash as “the mall” and each service provider is a store independently operated within that mall.

As for being a booth rental salon, each hairstylist rents a chair in our salon and are responsible for managing their own appointments, payments, questions, comments and concerns. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Each suite will have their own preferred payment. We do accept cash and card at front desk.

How do I contact the salon?

You can call the salon at 518-480-4006 for any general questions you may have.

However, we are unable to handle any of our salon suite owners and Sculpted by Gennah's bookings since we don’t have access to their schedules.

Also, you can always send us an e-mail form from our contacts page for the fastest response.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You must reach out to your service provider directly in order to cancel your appointment. Since our suite owners are independent artists we do not have access to their bookings. We cannot cancel a reservation for you. Be sure to reach out to your stylist directly in order to cancel your appointment. All artist contact info can be found on their artist profiles clearly listed at the top of each page.


We can however cancel your hair appointment in the salon immediately.
